雅思高分寫作備考：地圖題中的“摩登句型”

近年來，非數據類圖表在雅思小作文的考試當中，比例逐漸上升。例如2013年度，地圖題(占全年考試10%)和流程圖(占全年考試6%)，這兩項合起來，已經超過餅圖(13%)，直抵線圖(17%)，這無外乎難倒了眾多小烤鴨。其中，經歷年代變遷的地圖題是較為典型的難點之一。今天，我們以最新《雅思官方指南》中的地圖題為例，為大家介紹一些地理變遷當中的優秀句型，這其實并非模板，讀完你會發現，根據不同的地圖，我們要進行不同程度的修改和有針對性的應用，但是萬變不離其宗，“摩登句型”自有妙用。

　　請看下面一幅“變遷類”地圖題：

　　寫作中，第一幅圖為靜態地理位置描寫，并不算難；但當描述到第二幅圖的時候，許多同學徒有一些表示“擴建”“縮減”“被替代”的詞匯，卻不知道到底如何寫出高分句子?，F在就是用句型讓他們發揮作用的時刻了，我們一起來精讀一段范文：

　　In the present-day town, a great deal changed。

　　分析：主題句，概述這個小鎮經歷了很大的變遷。

　　Perhaps the most noticeable change are those relating to transportation. Our modern-day needs are very different and so the roads have been improved and traffic lights, a roundabout and a zebra crossing have been added, as well as an extra road. Increased traffic means that a car park has now replaced Goode Farmand the fields that are located at the top of the 1700 map。

　　分析：此段首先采用被動語態，最顯客觀。分別用‘have been done’的結構，即現在完成時搭配被動語態，描述道路被修繕了，安全島和斑馬線被增建了，時態和句型都有加分。其后，一個停車場取代了原來的Goode農場，此處句式進行變化，回歸主動的敘述，A取代B的句型，毫無重復。這一段，我們積累的必備句型為被動式：A have been v-ed (eg. added/removed etc。) 主動式：B have replaced C

　　Housing is another area where many changes have been made. While in 1700 there were few houses, now there are rows of houses and a block of flats instead of the stables。

　　分析：總起“房屋是另一個變化所在”，然后采取時間前后對比描述，’While in XX there were..., now there are...’ 一前一后的對比，十分清晰，這同樣可以作為重點句型的積累，但是特別注意描述過去的情況用過去時，描述現在的情況回到一般現在時。

　　A further development is the supermarket and the hotel, which have been extended。

　　分析：前面已經用過對比句型，為了避免重復，范文再次為小烤鴨指引航向，一個非限定性定語從句：’..., which has/have been...’的結構，將變化之處再次明確表達出來，讓人眼前一亮。此句可總結為’A further development is the..., which have been...’
